BAPP Arts Poem

I can't believe that everything is handed in and the oral presentations are finished!!

The oral presentations were difficult I found because 10 mins is actually not that long to be able to convey everything that you have been looking at and found out in that last 12 weeks. It was great to meet some of the other BAPPers FINALLY in person. Great to be able to support each other in our presentations.

I would just like to share with everyone a poem that I wrote (as part of my presentation) to briefly round up my BAPP experience.

Starting this journey was scary,
Of what the future would hold I was wary.
I wasn’t sure of who I could be,
The BAPP made me step back and see.

Module One established the professional me,
Actress, teacher, student I could be all three.
In my reflective practice I asked what if?
I realised teaching held my heart, it was time for a shift.

In module two I planned my professional inquiry.
With so much to think about, my ethics placed highly.
Engaging continuously on the blogs and SIGS
Developed my ideas, I was ready to dig.

My research began in module three,
The inquiry topic was important to me.
Through this process I have learned new skills,
You can achieve a lot when you’ve got the will.

  2. Hi Lisa,

It was so great to finally meet you in person and present our presentations together! Your inquiry seemed so valuable to your practices and I thought that your artefact summed this up perfectly.

Thanks for supporting me through this journey and I look forward to meeting at Graduation!
